A lot of manpower is lost.As we approach our busy section 8 season (for us April - July) I am looking for better ways (more affordable and efficient options to the investors bottom line) to plan for and execute the workload which may include hiring someone that has section 8 experience to handle our CHA inspections(and associated maintenance work) or a company that we can outsource when the weeks get slammed with inspections.

So the wholesaling bill will be worked on during the off session season, reintroduced in January with a fully worked out bill, that will likely pass then take effect the following October.A DC bill is being worked on currently and could be in place by the end of this year possibly.

I would keep your peak season pricing the same and look at improving the rest of the year by decreasing pricing some until your occupancy rate ticks up a little.
