ReservationKey was much better, but was kind of "buggy" and when I would write for help from Support they were responsive but often the burden was put upon me to create test bookings and try to troubleshoot the issue on my own.OwnerRez is so flexible & robust and so far (about 2 months in) I am really liking the product.
