Since I live out of USA now for my job, I feel I am often taken advantages by our property PM companies with bigger maintenance bills, loose communications.

I'm not an expert but I have managed to not loose my shirt on any Real Estate purchase I've made since 1980.

Unless it is at rough in stage it will be compromised unless this has no interior walls, what's the rest of the story and why does it need overlayed( which is what you are suggesting) or removal which has issues of its own with load walls unless all interior walls, cabinets etc are gone. sounds like a raw deal with water issues or structural issues?

I'm assuming I'll meet with someone about clearing/leveling the land since there are some trees that will need to be removed and its full of bushes and other stuff that needs to be cleared off. 

Vibration can be caused by loose pipes banging on the studs or it could be from high water pressure.

He asked me, "how many can you afford to loose in a frivilous lawsuit"? 

Thank you all, they are month to month so they are going to leave :) very helpful when I found out I could pay them a couple hundred bucks to leave and remove the headache completely from my life  :) that’s a win right!?

If you have a nice house and you are in a busy real estate market you can let a relative or friend list your house without loosing too much, if they are good workers.

Remove any of those updates and it would be higher.

It certainly leads to a shorter booking lead time, but haven't yet seen a drop (it's only been 6 weeks).All that said, I loosely think of it as a weekend sweetspot, and a weekday sweetspot
