Everyone knows it, since the city has invested in both river front improvements and it's the closest east side zip to downtown hipster activity (6th Street, etc).Frankly, the whole east side is in transition from what was highly ethnic/lower income in years past to a vibrant, "hot" address for techies, DINKs, singles and those urbanites who want to be near the arts, jobs and "scene" that Austin is famous for.

Interesting and good topic.A tenant was weaseling out of not paying rent and she goes and gets an attorney,which is a long story but she tried to get me for not paying her interest on the security deposit, it was in escrow with her name on the account but I didn't give her the interest. 10 -15 cent with today's interest rates.I just gave her security deposit back to make it a moot issue in court.We are famous for taking care of our non paying tenants here in Mass.

For instance, if your goal is to make $100k flipping houses this year, figure out 1) how many houses that is, 2) how much money you are going to need to fund that many rehabs, 3) how many offers you need to make to get that number of properties under contract, 4) how much time all of this is going to take, 5)....If you go far enough, 1 of 2 things will happen.
