I'm curious how many flippers/rehabbers pay others to do the demo on their projects. For those of you who do, can you give me an average of how much you pay, what you expect, and what the typical scope of work looks like? I'm not expecting too much detail, but certainly feel free to elaborate if you're bored. Thanks!
