You'll be much more thorough if the tenant is not there looking over your shoulder & distracting you.

It allows you chase "shiny objects of distraction".

I am not of the mindset to limit a persons use of their hard won property unless it is a true danger or severe distractions to others.

I always find myself distracted at work searching for a home that I could break into the market with, but most of the homes around here require too much rehabilitation.  

It's is distracting and there is NO WAY you can focus on developing your business, if every month you're lured by this stuff because you'll be all over the place.I have spent EXACTLY $200 on materials.

When they are not aligned, distractions occur reducing overall effectiveness through poor time management ultimately leading to loss revenue.

I decided that I needed to work on my exit plan from my current job and I bought this interesting book called "How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" which led me to finding this forum and the BP podcast (I try to listen to daily--it's a great distraction from traffic driving home from work).

I also like the idea of specializing in a certain area and not letting myself get too distracted from this area.

Another thing is to find an office location that little or no distractions.  

Never had that happen in a way that is distracting.
