I got tired of paying to live in other people’s homes.

I'm just beginning but am considering a bigger commitment in the next five years or so by accessing some or even all retirement funds to buy a building (I'm sure people have thoughts on whether or not that is a good idea!).

I’m happy to be in a forum with fellow investors and people wanting to master real estate.  

Stay hyperlocal and get a good team in place locally so you can recognize good people when you find them. 

So it ends up being not nearly as much CE as people think.

So I steer clear of them and instruct my team to pass those people along to me to handle.I also have nothing more than my word and all of our 80+ all 5 star reviews. 

It's just not how successful people operate.

The credit committee is usually made up of local people who are familiar with the market they are in.

I'm always down to chat to people about REI, especially in the Pittsburgh market.
