I took out my old faithful pair of glasses that allow me to see in perfect "short sighted" vision, saw how much more money I'd be making per hour (time for money) and told myself " hey it's not a big deal I can still do real estate in my spare time, nothing is going to change ( justifying my greed and stupidity with false promises to myself) well the problem was that there wasn't any spare time.

Hi @Yadira GutierrezDevelop a relationship with a GC with the understanding that you are looking for a long term business relationship with multiple fix&flips and he should be able to spare some time out of his day to look at properties and give you an estimate of how much he would charge.GC's will have different prices so using a GC just for an estimate may be off by a little or a lot for the GC that you do end up using.
