Can anyone else suggest a cost-effective accounting software that is easy to use and is more cost effective?  

With inventory moving so fast here it is difficult to have information stay updated and was wondering if there were ideas on how to best support my investors using a software/proforma service.

. - Self managing a couple units is a great way to learn the business.Property Management Software - check out something like Cozy.co - it helps you list/market your units for rent, lets prospective tenants apply online and does background & credit checks, then once you place a tenant they can pay online along with submit maintenance requests.

@Pierce Lovesee We use Appfolio but you can also look into document signing software like docusign and that should do what you need.

Does anyone have any experience or advice on PM software that can handle vacation rentals as well as yearly lease rentals, storage units, etc?  

The only way we can find such "needles in haystacks" is through the software we developed.

The anti-fraud search software ubiquitously used by the mortgage industry often isn't run until a day or two before closing.

I love marketing/technology/software, and I enjoy the idea of doing deals.
