Definitely want to look into ways of earning additional alternate income if you plan on aggressively attacking it.

Cyber attacks are on the rise and hackers are becoming smarter every day. 

I'm needing some help with my plan of attack.

I will start looking at all my options and create another plan of attack.

There isn't one person with a pet that will tell you the pet isn't perfect.. yet check here on BP and find out how much damage urine, chewing, yard damage, nuisance barking, pets cause let alone injury from bites and attacks. 

Then again, this works until the "money partner" has a heart attack, dies, and you need to liquidate the property ASAP to payback the estate.
