Hello bp! I'm needing some help with my plan of attack. I will be buying a single family home from my parents very soon. I will be buying it for about 95k to 100k and from what research ive done, houses in the area are selling for 150k to 160k. The problem I'm facing is I would actually like to live there for now and I can't very well brrrr a place I'm living can I? Should I fix and flip bcuz I'm buying so cheap? Feedback would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks again.
