If you are still having trouble tracking an owner down - try mailing direct to the vacant property address,pay extra for the "forwarding service requested" then the mail will get passed to the new address and you will get notified of that address.Sorry for the mini-novel. 

But there aren't cheap subdivisions anymore, unless you call a MHP a subdivision;) Or mini storage.

Hi Jonathan do you know of anyone who pools a deal like this together and forms a mini 'REIT' ?  

Large boulders, dry riverbed, mini-canyon, cacti, drastic elevation changes?

Budget mini blinds are far more expensive than that.      

Recent major blackout during Operation Gotham (SF, NYC) was a mini wakeup call to me that chaos would develop overnight if they pull the plug on the grid for any prolonged period.Is there a market for heading for the hills and going off the grid yet?
