Hello BP! I am starting on a row home rehab project in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia and I would love to meet a new contractor. I have done a few projects in the same neighborhood and right now the guy I'm using on another project has his hands full. So I'm looking to branch out. A few details: This will be a complete renovation including new electrical, HVAC, windows, kitchen and bath, sheetrock and flooring. The house is 1000 sq. ft. It should be a quick project. Looking to start shortly. If you are (or if you know of) a professional who needs a 6-8 week project and are capable of running this, please reach out. I respect that investors may not want to give out your best contractor's info to anyone and everyone so feel free to pm me. Thanks!
