Hi,I am planning on setting up a multi-member LLC either in North Carolina or South Carolina to house the rental properties under, and wanted to reach out to the community about which state is more favorable to holding rental properties - assuming that the property can exist in either state.Thanks in advance!

I can find out your LLCs pretty quickly if you even have them (you would have needed to pay cash or used a community bank).

However when my address is consistent on the MLS public records most in the brokerage community knows its me even though the entity may differ.   

Can you market the property as a luxury and walkable community?

Go to meet ups in the area, find out all active investors in that market, talk to brokers in the market who have clients looking for capital, attend events that you can network, and look into joining the various communities in real estateGino
