You bought in a bad area frankly, your going to have to muscle your way out and buy up the neighborhood and improve the region, or comes to terms with it.

That risk muscle is something that has to be built.

I did a lot of side work as a Production Assistant behind the scenes on TV shows like "Storage Wars" and "ESPN Sport Science"... basically just a big guy to have on set to do all the lifting and grunt work.

Because of the way I am at work (I pushed myself perhaps too hard), I'm going to talk to my doctor Monday and see if I can get some extra time off from work to let my leg (and the muscles) heal more from surgery.
