Just a sampling of some of the talent involved in this play:IIRC three of the Moms have done movies, one was in a Sandra Bullock movie.One of the Moms has done set work for Robert Rodriguez (as in "Spy Kids", "Once Upon A Time In Mexico", and "Desperado".

Because it is listed there are pictures available and it looks like a house you'd find in the movies. 

My advice; If she offers you brownies don't eat them... unless you plan on going to the movies.

that's my two cents.Watch the Movie Glenn Garry Glen Ross to learn how salesmen learned their craft or Tin men ... either one is classics Or go to a time share presentation or simply walk on a car lot...

It'll be more like watching the shape of clouds change than like watching a movie, if it even happens.

it was from a movie, all sparkling with an expansive curbed driveway leading up to the elaborate entrance way.I was amazed, the price was the same as the dreary little places facing parking lots, and thrilled.

Qualify lightly on the phone.. present in person close in person.. that's how its been done for hundreds of years.I suggest to everyone who wants to be a wholesaler to watch the 2 movies..

This thread is turning into a movie plot.

The time and effort you put into these properties is completely unrelated to what your future returns will be.The textbook example is a long 3 hour movie.
