Another way to find out some helpful info is to call the local high school and ask what the freshman enrollment looks like compared to years past.

Contact a local attorney or better, enroll in a pre-paid legal service so you will be able to contact an attorney anytime an issue or question arises.

Cloud is to consider that enrollment in state colleges have been on a decline recently. 

You definitely need someone qualified, does not have to be a CPA, could be an Enrolled Agent or an attorney.
