Hello all Avery McCloud Sr. here looking to connect with an experienced investor in the palm beach fl. area. I am new to REI. I did enroll in to Gold Coast School of real estate, completed and received certificate 4-24-13. Since then have been doing lots of reading (Gary Keller "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor") is a great read. I'm interested in wholesaleing, owner financing, & subject-to. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
