If you don't have the information you need you shouldn't invest.I think a large part of my rant is fueled by how poor the underwriting in the industry has become of late because of the bias toward deal volume to make up for a poor business model masked by venture financing.

Again, $25,000.As a contractor, you virtually have to hire this stuff out because trying to do all the paperwork required such as OSHA logs, proper masks, good faith survey, air quality monitoring, daily logs, safety manuals, medical clearance before and after, etc. is not possible for a licensed contractor to have all the paperwork done properly.
