Hello,

I was wondering if its possible to wholesale a property that has a tax lien on it and if so how does it work?

Thank you!

I guess my next question is, while negotiating how do I account for the lien.. Do I take less of a cut and include it in what the seller is asking for so that they walk away with the money they wanted. Or just leave the deal as is and let it come out of their earnings from the sale?

Thank you
