Gave someone my card?

I used my credit cards. ;} I find if I do balance transfers I find it is the about the cheapest loans I can get.

Consider a HELOC a credit card secured by R/E.  

Credit cards, student loans, plain ole vanilla mortgages, etc. because they have somehow managed to mess all of these up at one time or another.

I have raised money, had done creative financing through credit cards at 0% interest rate, relationships with Hardmoney lenders, and have just started my pursuit with corporate credit andBig lines of credit.

We were stupid to pay him through e-check and have no credit card protection. 

You didn't mention your other bills, like credit card debt, car payment, child care, etc so I'm assuming they are easily payable or nonexistent. 

At my 5 year mark, they sent me a keychain, a plastic plaque type thing the size of an index card, and a "gift" of my choosing, which I researched and found the highest value gift was worth about $10.

Also, if you have more than one credit card (MC/VISA), use one exclusively for rental, will help keep track of expenses.
