millions have 200k or less in their IRA  so when loans are 500 to 2 mil.. you either fractionalize or you create a Pool.. or like my second HML company i had large lines of credit with banks so when we close a loan I assign to the bank and some of my banks would record it and take possession of the docs.. and others would just take an Alonge and put the sign but not recorded assignment in their vault.

I think your best is to keep reading and above all build your network reach out to local investors and ask what they need help with.I work with special needs kiddos and we often call investors, lawyers, etc. and ask them how we can create an intern program where we help them and learn the business at the same time.
