I am having trouble following you can always send the money to an insurance company. 

Nobody wants to be a "GM" in a company of 1, right.

This should roughly take me to 150k per year and carry the loans for land and construction.

Besides that, I have a credit repair and funding company that helps entrepreneurs get their businesses going.

@Rami Refaeli I am on the Fort Worth side of the metroplex but the company I work for is based in North Dallas.

Not in San Antonio, but Scott Horne out of Garland is an expert and runs a title company.

Does anyone hear have any experience with either of these companies?
