Something I have noticed here in Corpus is that many roofs have ugly stains that can be treated with a bleach solution for almost no cost comparatively.

the solutions suggested that hold the open sash in place, pinching the AC unit in its place will not work against a thief with the leg strength of a teenager.

I would have to agree with John, a website is only part of the solution.

So need a solution that is reliable.

You already have utilities on site, so its a cheap solution and highest possible return if its a slow market with low home values.
