We do medium-term furnished rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs (as do a. lot of our investor clients) and with so many remote workers not having kids (but having fur babies), we've found that being pet-friendly is a big draw.

The seller was a widower, and a Red Hat Society member that didn't want anything to do with REI, so she was selling off her late Husband's properties as quickly as she could.Like I said, I got a great deal...and they both cash flowed ($110 and 60/month)...wow, I thought I was King S___ of T___ Island (looking back, I was...but not in a good way).

. - In the mortgage/real estate biz you don't want to use a company office line, basically EVER, since then your "saved number" that your current/past clients have saved on their phones will lead to a dead line whenever you switch firms (once mortgage firms grow past a certain size, they turn to crap [turntimes, rates, underwriting, everything], so you ALWAYS need to be ready to make a move at the drop of a hat should your firm become "too" successful).That being said, I've never heard of or worked with OP lender and can't specifically comment on that.

They are the ones doing most of the work as they have to pack and unpacked.You have two people who want to move into the same unit-ask them how you should decide, draw a name out of a hat or the person that was there the longest gets first choice.
