Hi everyone! 

1. I am Monica. So excited to meet everyone! I am super new to investing, just in the early stages of learning and excited to take my first leap! I am located in Hampton Roads, Virginia. 

2. My hopes are to get my feet wet with wholesaling, and transition into single-family and multi-family buy and holds. I have always worked hard. I have a Master's degree and a career as an employee for the state of Virginia. Nonetheless, as a single mother of three growing boys, I have worked two and three jobs over the last decade just barely getting by. My dream is to channel my work ethic and love for my boys into a successful future in real estate investing that allows me to live my life on my terms. I would love to retire from my day job in the next 5 years, pay off my home, be debt free, and live an outrageously generous life loving and serving others. 

3. Fun-fact: I am a professional portrait photographer among my many hats :)
