Arguing with the CAD will leave you exhausted and angry.

Never choose a tenant that can not rent as soon as the place goes vacant without exhausting all other avenues.

Pretty rare we actually have to follow through with an eviction but we absolutely will when it has slipped past an acceptable timeframe and all other efforts have been exhausted.

These units come with their own intake and exhaust pipes and the existing condition of your chimney wouldn’t matter.

Improper venting would probably not  directly cause corrosion, but could cause exhaust gasses to build up in the structure - a very dangerous situation.
