I have excellent credit, no debt other than mortgages, properties with great cashflow and equity, and i still continuously struggle with lenders. 

A small number use the hot press process that is distinctly superior in my opinion in overall strength in dimensional structure and durability.Your chart does note finish which is an excellent point as it's the finish and not the wearlayer that gives a product it's scratch resistance( AO and Ceramic Bead being one of the best but it also depends on how many coats are put on which many makers do not detail).

Not in Coeur d'Alene because the prices for anything with land sounds like it'd be out of budget, but there are a ton of smaller towns and places in the county that you can easily drive in for the social stuff and still buy something that checks most or all of your boxes at a reasonable price.

You're probably better off finding a shop that really knows and excels at all of the products you seek...not just one.

Keep excellent records, and you won't be up a creek if you change your mind later.
