Only need to submit invoices for payments...The local banks are far more flexible than big box banks.What was the outcome?

an example of how complicated it can get...the originating institution sells the paper to a new institution, who acts as their own servicer, but uses a contractor organization to handle the escrow disbursements for things like property insurance etc....they get an insurance invoice for a property that doesn't exist in their portfolio. 

I then have multiple lines for each Draw that shows the Date, Amount, Invoice # and a place for them to Initial. 

Now, those dang appraisers.

Any vendor invoices for information requests go into a completely different 'column'.

One tried to give me bogus invoices to say the work was done, but it was not, so we got out of it.

Be sure to keep receipts, invoices, and other documentation just in case you get audited. 

I have invoice & text messages from him (after he poured cement in the drain) asking to get paid in full ASAP  & that he has ‘kids’ and needs to get paid.
