Getting Lien Release from rehabber after each draw?

Who gets a lien release after each draw from your rehabber? Or do you get it at the end? Do you have them get it notarized? I found a release online but the template is designed for the contractor to have it notarized. Does anyone do that? I'm trying to learn best practices. I have been simply having them send me a signed doc but now that I have some time on my hands I'm looking to improve some of my processes. Thanks.
