So basic economics...less demand...lower price/lower rent.While no deposit is attractive to many renters, the $150 admin fee is offensive to many.

If you do your tenant screening right verifying their credit, criminal, and eviction reports and checking with prior landlords, you should never be moving in tenants that do what they do to your friend.

I would only be concerned about if she has a felony criminal record or any evictions on her record.
