We've been struggling since 2020 to do a deal.

Inventory has jumped over 50% from a year ago, but values continue to rise at almost 3%.

If the investment was a poor one, continuing to lose money on it is...just losing more money. 

I am eager to hit the ground running in the Triangle area once I move to continue my real estate journey there.

I have already rented my first property and am excited to continue on to the next.

Our continued challenges are always balancing the need to keep capital deployed into good projects, while simultaneously trying to not run out of lendable capital and having to say no to potential borrowers.

Chances are they know the area and are at least decent if they continue to get work in the area.

As I continue to grow my real estate portfolio, I’m actively looking for other commercial and residential investment opportunities to expand my footprint in the market.

I will have to continue to read, brainstorm and study.
