I'm just checking in with the community again. We've been struggling since 2020 to do a deal. We already have one, sort of. We've been working on debt, credit ratings, and redoubling our efforts to go from wholesaling to rentals. I'm glad you all are having such tremendous success. As you can read, we're not giving up.
