The supply in the area is very limited and the rates are 20-30% below competitors (but competitors are in a bigger town).

This seems like a pretty hard space to compete in, with many competitors all funded to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.

Is there enough friction with FF that the market is ready for a real competitor with better UX and customer experience?
