I just graduated college from App State and have recently started a new week day job. 

Thanks for sharing.I do most of the same but I do not want them to apply.I takes to much effort to review the app prior to pre screening.Every potential tenant has to answer prequal questionnaire first.Then the visit is scheduled for those that qualify.Then the app, if they appear to be most qualified based on their answers and initial in person screening.Just like a job interview.

Make it a priority to take notes when you are done with the conversation, and if you're not near a computer, use a note-taking app on your phone.Showing up to court with verbal "he said/she said" is worthless, but showing up with documentation is far more powerful.

Does Propstream’s driving for dollars app skip trace for commercial properties as well?

The hipcamp app looks like another promising place to list camp sites like this. 

I can see everything in one place with the Chase app which makes it easy to keep track of what is going in for each property without having to keep things super detailed.

What is your favorite online platform for advertising rental listings, accepting apps??

I was informed to go to Bigger Pockets and search under the category called Network but I don’t see it on the app.
