Some wendys, burger king, subway , wendy's , veggie grill restaurant operator is filing bankruptcy this week ; these are kind of news that would affect hospitality sector and would grow to something even bigger .... yes the Fed may kill the inflation but by killing the people LOL ; these kind of news would create lot more CRE distress especially in NNN.Sometimes I do think the American government are really anti business.

In wholesaling you're more likely to need an attorney to defend you than in doing the paper shuffle.I'm not anti-wholesaling, I did one a few months ago to help a friend of a friend.The issue I have is with the promotional side of telling new people getting into RE that it's the place to start and that it's simple.

Hi Lynn,Why not call the bank and find out what they mean.They might want a corporate/LLC "Resolution" adopting them, and/or a "Resolution" allowing you to open the account.States differ on their laws, and banks in different states will differ on what they want to open a business account.There are also Federal anti-money laundering laws the bank must follow as to what they want.It's probably best to just get on the phone and ask them.You will have to do exactly as they ask, or they won't open the account.

Some landlord/tenant laws that are so anti-landlord that they border on the absurd, such as a tenant being able to sue their landlord on the 1st day they move in for lead poisoning, when they obviously could not have had that lead poising from your property.
