My wife and I are looking to get a 2-4 unit property in south east wisconsin and house hack.

So we stuck to the Midwest (Chicago), Southwest (DFW) & Southeast (Florida- Anywhere but Miami) 

Our two properties are in the Big Cove area (Southeast HSV) and a duplex in Merrimack (Huntsville Park).

I have been searching for property managers for Suitland, MD right outside of Southeast DC and I have not had any luck.

Southeast is starting to see lower returns.

If anyone has had a good 1031 like kind exchange in Southeast Michgan, we would appreciate the intermediaries's contact information. 

One was Brown Co, one was Shelby Co (southeast of Indianapolis).

I need to find a real estate attorney and title company that have experience with real estate investing and creative financing in southeast Michigan.

Not many new builds in the city itself but a few zip codes will provide a higher probability of success than others, mainly South to Southeast of the city with some opportunity in the Northwest if you find the right pockets.
