I have heard everything from craigslist to Facebook, something as simple as using the pegboard in a local business or library may land you something, your best bet is to research what others are doing and see who has the most success?  

For now hit the google hard and keep researching, also check into your local library I am sure they have books and maybe even ebooks or audio books you can borrow from the comfort of your home.

There are several non-profit organizations that assist business owners, check with your local BBB, Chamber of Commerce, SBA, and folks at the library usually know who offers free courses. 

Preferably an Android app otherwise I can use my windoze pc.
