I have a 740+ FICO, great income with my job (medical field) however with student debt (and some materials paying off for renovations still) i don't have much savings.I was thinking of refinancing into a conventional loan or a 5/1 ARM to save on MIP and interest rate and aggressively save x1 year to then try and purchase another fixer using an FHA loan again (because I can put down less).  

I served ten years in the Army, during which I spent 3 years deployed and was medically discharged in 2010.

If they were all roommates and one had (non-medical ) judgements against them I would refuse.

My wife and I spent the last 5 years paying off $150k of debt (car, credit cards, student loans, medical bills, etc.).

Bigger projects like problematic older malls in good locations are being transformed into medical type buildings close to universities.

Schools would be much more efficient if they weren't clogged with poor kids.Government sponsored medical research...unnecessary!

Here's how you figure that...take your monthly gross income and divide by 2.Next add up all your monthly credit payments ie car, credit cards, student loans (unless deferred), medical bills etc.and subtract that from half your gross monthly income.

His wife was plain skinny and just ill looking, she had medical problems but have no idea what was wrong, whe had a stroke, but said she could work if she could find it.

Or suffered an expensive medical problem.
