I will be finding time to browse through these forums and educating myself on the basics of REI.

I do not know that particular area very well but with some quick browsing around I think each home can safely be bumped at least $100/mo.  

Another thing that I like to do is carve out a couple hours every weekend to browsing craigslist, rents, apartment.com, padmapper and similar sites to keep myself abreast of what type of room with which amenities will rent for what in my area of interest.

Hi All,I joined BP a few days ago and been actively browsing the site to find others in my situation.

I am a newbie in many areas: new to Pennsylvania, new to big pockets and new to real estate, even though i have a wealth of knowledge about real estate because i am an avid reader and spends time browsing education and information regarding Real Estate.

I see ones all the time that are in the Lis Pendens stage when I browse around on there.

In the short days that I have found out about BP I have learned a lot just from browsing, so I officially said to myself, "this is worth the time".

I've been browsing the web and I don't believe I can write off any of my premium for life insurance but wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything.I am currently looking at purchasing my first property as a "buy and hold".
