@Richard Smith Knowing a little about the local market I would say two things.1) Look more in the direction of PG county or possibly AA county or even the Baltimore area if that is not too far out.2) Get better at finding deals.There are a lot of members here from the DMV area.

It’s a dying market, reo’s are about 10% the volume of what they were with s lot of REO agents.
