My biggest concern is that I have a good paying job and have been in the same field (Aviation) for the last 10 years since I joined the Navy (2012-2017) and civilian since then that I may lose too much money in the transition process or just simply getting started.2.

Consider this a lesson that will make you a better investor in the future. same with aviation sometimes you have to take on that 90 degree cross wind landing .but really 5k over budget shoot thats a win every day of the week in the rehab business.

I finished reading the book today and since he mentions BiggerPockets many, many times I got the hint and came here to hang.In my free time - lol I have none... but I do love spending time with my girlfriend even though it ends up revolving around talking about all of this (she's in the startup world as well luckily), and I am addicted to aviation and love flying airplanes when I have the chance and money.
