Went to a free tax liens presentation where they sell a 3 day work shop and their software for $600.

We recently participated in a free workshop called the flipping formula but after doing some research discovered that we could find the same information and help on here and decided to go that route instead.

How is anyone going to no if it's an office/workshop etc. 

@Ryland Taniguchi is leading this workshop and it is targeted to answer audience questions about wholesaling, rehabbing, Self Directed IRA and Solo 401K and all other questions as well as analysis of deals).http://www.meetup.com/PacificNWRealEstate/ - Meetings are held about 3 times a month in different locations: Kirkland, Seattle and Lakewood.

We are also hosting a multifamily workshop Thursday Sep 8th 6-9pm at my office 295 W Center St-Provo.

There is a REIA group that meets in Branson and one in Overland Park Kansas - both would be good groups to join - maybe not to attend the monthly meetings, but to attend the weekend workshops they offer from time to time - well worth the cost of the event and a day spent in either city for a full day of networking and learning.In Kansas City  - there is a full day training workshop coming up on the 17th of September and the 22nd of October at MAREI

Hello Everyone,I have a Contract in Place to close on a house by next week.This is my First Rehab Project.I have been looking for the houses for the past 6 months and also paid for Seminar/Workshop to study the Flipping Process.I finally decided to jump in this business,because i think i have found a house,in which i might make some money,but obviously not without encountering number of hurdles and obstacles.I have come across my first hurdle,which is, I am in need of a good General Contractor who can do the Rehab work and give me an estimate on it.Does any one in the Cincinnati Region has any Recommendations?

The Event Center is for hosting retreats, corporate team building, workshops, mastermind events etc.Your thoughts??
