There are Maytag, Amana, Whirlpool type home-use washer/ dryers (~$1400 for both), then there is the Speed Queen (~ $2600 for both). 

Whirlpool or fridgeaire for dishwashers typically are solid.

Should have been a 4x6 (or longer) shower and a smaller Jacuzzi, a nicer size for a tub is actually smaller than a whirlpool you have on the deck or pool area, that were popular in the past, what is nice is having the tub in a deck space so the little lady can line up all the bath sauces, perfumes, soaking treatments and candles some like to have (while the stereo or big screen is on watching Love Story).

In fact I just bought a nice working used whirlpool large capacity fridge on Facebook marketplace for 75$

Added back deck, busted out wall to install Pella sliding glass door, new vinyl plank flooring, new paint, and new Whirlpool appliance package.

Basic Frigidaire branded ones in the less expensive ones, high-end Whirlpool models in the more expensive ones. 

Whirlpool Gold "stainless" fridge and dishwasher have rust spots all over the finish.

I always buy electric (that I individually meter), 40 gal whirlpools are like $210 (in Pittsburgh at least), and honestly is someone likes where they live and their one complaint is that sometimes they run out of hot water too fast, they may sing the blues a bit, but def not a reason to move. 

Much may depend on your market, supplier, and delivery etc...I run into whirlpool products and use them but not the brands you may think.

It's nice to have someone else do the work of delivering.Now I just buy the ones on sale (usually Roper or Whirlpool); good standard models.
