Actually out here in the west with our homeless situations that are out of control in certain areas they cause all sorts of fires.

Low water supplies & fires out west, increasing hurricanes in the southeast and shorter winters in the north may drive population growth back to the Midwest.

For the areas of interest (you are local so I'll say suburbs west of City Line Avenue) there are few and far between -and- have many investors sitting on large sums of cash to jump on anything that comes up (where I would be navigating a reverse 1031.) 

Can anyone recommend a PM, specifically that work on the west side of Cincy?

(It came to my attention later on that they fully did not actually expect people to actually come out and view these properties and we in fact prioritizing investors on the west coast) In any case, it has been marketed as fully rehabbed and rent ready. 

I'm out West at the moment, but will probably be returning to Tokyo before too much longer.At the risk of being contrarian, after picking up a couple of investment properties in Japan (one Tokyo, one outskirts), I shifted to a strategy of only investing in the US. 

I haven't actually closed a deal that far west or else I would be able to give more insight. 

Silema, Malta; Lucca, Italy; Taormina area, Sicily; Palermo, Sicily; Amalfi coast; Cinque Terra; Pontedore;  San Sebastián, Spain; etc.  

However having developed many subdivisions myself I was able to work with my client ( who is a very experienced civil engineer that did projects in NYC) So determined that with the base zoning it was not a matter of if it was how many and how  long to get approved.this is probably one of the top 10 markets in the entire US for new builds you would not have Toll brothers there if it was not.  35 minutes or so West of Dulles and all the high tech in that area..
