Weld county.

Coupled with the fact that welders make really good money, I do my own welding, and try to incorporate steel work into all my properties.  

I have not looked into impact fees yet, but luckily the land is located in Weld County.

As for me, I have a good solid welding and contracting job, which I will be sticking with until I can move full time into Residential Construction/Contracting again, as well as buying and Selling.

My current 8-5 is a working for a leading Robotic welding company( goal is to end that soon)!. 

Plumber, and only because they are good - Weld and Sons Plumbing....very solid work, reliable, punctual.  

I’m interested in purchasing my first tax lien property in Weld County Colorado.

Cleaned them up, welded loose frames and fabricated drip pans & cooking grates, repainted them, then took them back to properties. 

Not sure there are any real advantages using containers, besides maybe the “cool” factor, especially after you start hacking them up, welding them together, and punching holes in them for doors and windows.

The double doors are welded gates essentially makeing one side of the space for the machines(just one washer and dryer).
