The beauty of this is that intermediaries who work with me know that I make “fair” offers based on VERIFIABLE facts, that I follow through with completed deals unless important information was with held or information provided was false, and that there’s absolutely no value in presenting deals to me where the seller/borrower/investor is unrealistic, naive, or otherwise wanting to “test” the market.

I obviously have no way of verifying whether you own the asset or not, but find it odd that you'd throw away years of attempts at building your reputation and leave BiggerPockets rather than simply shut Melanie up by stating that you own the thing.

Aloha @Daniel Kam - most of Kakaako has a 180 day rental minimum, so if you haven't checked with your building association, I recommend you verify what the minimum rental period is for your building.If you are allowed to rent for less than 180 days, you will then need to apply for a GET license, and well as TAT/OTAT and pay the appropriate taxes on a regular basis.
