As a handyman investor myself, I tend to take my own guys when I have a team working for me to the best sushi buffet in my immediate area, which is actually a lunchtime hot spot for a lot of local teams.

You would need to see the financials and all contracts, as well as why people weren't paying dues, why the hoa went bankrupt, and all other relevant items and aspects.An intelligent, persistent team working diligently could possibly make a go of such a thing.
