Wholesaling a Haunted House? Would you do it?

We buy and sell quite a few houses, I personally would not hesitate in buying fixing and selling it, unless everyone in town already "knew" it was "haunted".We dont knowingly buy houses where someone comitted suicide or has been murdered, but the ghosts, I suspect will leave when the old man leaves.I seriously doubt many rehabbers are going to worry about such a ghost story.

There is too much government involvement now.A driver CANNOT buy the amount of insurance they want but has to buy UNLIMITED no fault personal injury insurance.EXAMPLE If someone is trying to commit suicide and purposely drives their car into a tree at 50 miles per hour all of their injuries are paid by their insurance including UNLIMITED pain and suffering and damages. An insurer could be charged $3,000,000.00 or even more for something you intentionally did to yourself. And yes the Detroit mentality makes the Michigan requirement unworkable.

The guy that sells the gun isn't responsible for suicide, but telling someone to shoot themselves is a different matter, which is why I believe many gurus should be in jail. :)
