Zero stars I do not recommend their services. i recommend against them.

I'm working towards Energy Star in my new 4 unit build because it's fairly easy to get slightly above code and cheap to have the raters come and certify you with the Energy Star label which would add value for the tenants especially for people with alergies or aesthma. 

Now, we are 1 month strong and counting in renting out the top 2 bedrooms on airbnb, with us living in the bottom half (completely separate) - here's how it's going so far:Guests Stayed: 15Reviews: 5 stars, 8 reviews, super hostOccupancy: We had 3 nights of where 1 bedroom wasn't rented.

And you find a young and up coming RE star and you can change their life..

So "hack" it, hitch your wagon to the right "Rising Star" and enjoy the rewards together. 

If $900 is all you can get than your not just a misleading common two star Detroit property management outfit but a largely ineffective one as well.I suppose there is good reason you have over 800 posts here on Bigger Pockets and only 200 likes.

Obviously we don't even open a link if it has less that 4 stars (honestly 4.5) and from there we read over all of the reviews!

The ones showing 5 stars all look and sound the same, I'm sure they were paid for that. 

There is a 5 Star Resort there, golf course, beach, and some tasty restaurants.
